Wellcon is a company that provides Training, Consulting and Technological Development services in the Oil and Gas area. In partnerships with some companies, it trains professionals in other segments such as Information Technology. Educate and train professionals in the oil and gas extraction and production industry and other segments, providing the necessary confidence to face critical operational situations, safely and calmly, preserving the physical integrity of people and the environment.
Promote continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (SGI), as well as the Processes, Products and services provided, always aiming for excellence and the future of the company.
Disseminate, implement and maintain internal programs that promote safe and healthy working environments, seeking the assessment and permanent control of health and safety risks, raising awareness of the prevention of all accidents and incidents that are the responsibility of all employees and contractors within your level of authority.
Develop teamwork with customers, suppliers and employees to obtain high standards of Quality and Performance in our activities.
Promote the implementation of Wellcon’s focus based on the mediation of the Company’s and employees’ desires.
Maintain open communication channels with all interested parties (community, employees, etc.).
Comply with all applicable legislation and other subscribed requirements, as well as internal standards and those of certifying companies.
Carry out a critical analysis to maintain the adequacy of this policy to the organization’s objectives.
